Corporate Branding and Value Proposition

a lesson in corporate branding that I learned by analyzing the operation of two well-established corporations. Specifically, let’s look into the correlation between value proposition and perceived value of services rendered.

Both companies take full advantage of their great location. Which is also happen to be one of the main components of their value proposition. But while the whole experience staying at Marriot fully correlates with its perceived value proposition, the restaurant at Skylon fell short of expectations and left a bad taste in my mouth
Both companies are from the same industry – hospitality, and they target the same market. I believe that one of them will prosper for many years to come. For another one it would be useful to make some changes.
